Carl and the team were very friendly and welcoming. Right from the off he set out realistic expectations and what the course involves. The sessions were fun and informative, Carl took the time to come round everyone individually to make sure were doing the training right and were happy. There was plenty of chance to ask questions about any issues we were having with Boo at home which was helpful. Thoroughly impressed with our first session. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and I feel completely confident in our training plan that we will see positive change in our anxious dog and have a better bond with her too. We really enjoyed our session with Carl. Really useful and fun! It really helped us understand better how our pup is trying to communicate with us and better ways we can communicate with her. I feel more confident for having the session and we were given some great resources and a training plan to work through.
