Cosy and really great venue offering some really interesting and amazing shows. Lots of events and activities, dance, music etc., classes. Good location, 2mns from the bar walls and city centre. Recommended!

A great community resource. Generally used by different community theatre groups. We meet here as a local history group.

A wonderful space for the hire of rehearsal rooms and the performance of grass roots theatre, staging all kinds of plays, musicals, stand-up comedy, used by York's various amateur companies and increasingly many of today's commercial artists and theatre companies.

Lovely little theatre.We attended a "Covid Secure" pantomime with our 3 and 5 year old kids. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The audience sit on two sides overlooking or at stage level, which means everyone is in the thick of the action. Each family group is separate by plastic screens, which felt safe. The performance was great and had enough subtle "in jokes" to keep adults entertained.
