Had the pleasure of first experiencing the Zen den at latitude last summer, running a magnificent well being area in the festival. I then again through work have had the joy to encounter them again. My short 15 minutes on the bus today during my hectic work day is exactly what I needed to re-ground me and energise me for the remainder of my day!
Couldn’t recommend them enough and hope my own and many other work places hire them for a bit of zen !
