  • The Workout Network changed my life. I joined as part of a New Year resolution five years and have been going consistently, despite COVID. Working out is now something I enjoy, look forward to and do at least weekly. I am a happier, healthier, nicer person as a result. JP’s ability to help with injuries and adapt had been huge. The communication and organisation is professional and efficient. Not forgetting the training which is imaginative and well judged in its level and development.
