  • Jason has been instrumental in helping me loose a substantial amount of weight after a double knee operation and numerous rounds of IVF. His professional, positive and extremely knowledgeable support not only in exercise but lifestyle and overall health has made my fitness journey fun and (relatively :) easy. We had a lot of fun working out in the winter at the park, my body is stronger and happier than it has been in many years. I cannot recommend him enough!

  • I started working with Jason with a modest level of fitness, but carrying 10kg more than I wanted to. In the time we've worked together I have gradually lost all that weight, unintentionally grown my muscle mass and massively improved my fitness level and motivation and mindset towards training.   • Jason has been my personal trainer for over 4 years and I can honestly say that working with him has been the best exercise experience I've ever had. He is supportive and encouraging and is constantly reassessing my strengths and weaknesses and adjusting my exercises accordingly.
