The View Oban

Extortionate prices for terrible food and drink, plus rude, incompetent staff. I do not recommend this venue at all. The actual view is the only decent aspect of this utter utter dive. Total rip off, don’t waste your money or time here.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend and we had macaroni and Cullen skink and toffee cheesecake after. Food was lovely, hot and good portions.. Great selection of dishes on the menu and also a kids menu . Lovely, friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back again. Views are amazing to watch the world go by x

Lovely meal, beautiful view out over the bay with the ferry coming and going. Place is dog friendly which is great, with a lovely balcony with great views. Staff were lovely and welcoming, was a shame the place was quiet considering it was lunch time place deserves to be busier. The mushrooms on toast were superb! The macaroni was lacking a little cheese but nevertheless lovely.

Beautiful view on Oban's port . We had a delicious meal with kind and lovely staff . They gave us wonderful advice and were very helpful . Definitely worth the stop.
