  • First session done, eased into it well, Chris is really encouraging and helps you get that bit more out of yourself. Looking forward to seeing myself change.

  • Just had my first session at The Transformation Rooms after signing up... it was great! Was warmly welcomed by Chris and another lady Sam who was working out. Got straight into it with a warm up then controlled exercises, then ended with a quick HIIT then warm down. Chris guides you how to do things properly and really encourages you to give your best. I'm really looking forward to the next sessions and to getting back on track with my weight and fitness!!

  • I have never done any gym stuff before but Chris is so calm and positive it's really helped to build my confidence. He adapts things to personalize which means you always feel like you are making progress. So far I have had sessions which have been 1:1 which is really helpful when you're a newbie. I feel better in myself and gradually the weight is coming off. I would definitely recommend Transformation Rooms for that whole person and individual approach.

  • Had a great first session with Chris, was harder than I thought it would be but I really enjoyed it. Didn’t realise how out of shape I have let myself get. Chris was a great instructor, very encouraging and pushing me where as if I had been on my own in the gym I would have given up. Looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend if like me you need that extra push and motivation.
