  • Holly has been amazing! Variety in each workout for each PT session. Lots of support and encouragement, positivity and fun! The support extends beyond the workouts, to daily life and how to carry on the progress made in the sessions in your day to day - 100% recommend!!!

He is brilliant at keeping you on your toes, mixing up sessions so you never get bored and pushing you outside of your comfort zone. I particularly love the Muay Thai boxing sessions because you're so focused you forget you are burning 600 calories !
