The Sup Life

Attended the Ready to Ride session with Andy and it was an absolutely perfect introduction to stand up paddle boarding. Andy was a brilliant instructor and nothing was too much for the three of us on the day. Great value and if you want to see if SUP is for you, then this is your route to find out!

I took the Ready to Ride 2 hour lesson with Andy. He was very knowledgeable clearly explaining and demonstrating the various techniques required in a fun way. The 2 hours flew by. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and feel that I have the skill and knowledge to safely SUP on my own. Will recommend to anyone interested in taking up SUP.

Great location on the Thames to go paddleboarding. Warmly greeted by the team on arrival. We were given a comprehensive briefing before going afloat solo on the SUPs. Had a great paddle up the Thames. Boards in great condition. On our return we were ideally placed to have a drink in The Swan garden next door before a wild swim in the Thames. Would strongly recommend Andrew and his team for both hiring SUPs and for their tuition. Will be back soon.

We had a great experience with SUP Life on my friend’s hen do recently. Andy was an excellent instructor, managing to balance encouragement for the beginners with more advance tuition for the more experienced among our group. We felt safe and in control at all times and had a lot of fun out on the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

First time paddle boarding for me, and the session with Dave at The SUP life was a perfect way to start. The whole thing was relaxed and informative and I came away with the confidence and knowledge to get out on my own. Dave is a top notch instructor, giving great feedback as you go along. The location is lovely, adding to the overall experience. Thoroughly recommend The SUP life and I am sure I will be going back.
