What a experience. I genuinely think, there is no gym in north west that can be more dedicated and fully equipped for power lifters than this. Gym 10/10 Coaches 10/10

This Gym provides the best combination of lifting apparatus and positive friendly people who are always happy to help.. plus bonus of the most experienced strength coach\ rehab practitioner in the north... ALL of the trainers here have MANY years of experience across powerlifting, bodybuilding, boxing.. etc Great environment for a great physical foundation and beyond.

This place is fitted out better than anywhere I've trained, the coaching staff are second to none. I can't think of any reason not to train here.

A small, but great gym with plenty of weightlifting equipment.
