  • Great place. Just need to label food and be more aware of cross contamination (for allergens, gluten) and aware of invisible disabilities. Was directed to stairs several times by staff, embarrassing having to explain I need a lift in front of colleagues. Also embarrassing and frustrating to queue for for food then having to ask if things are GF, then wait for an answer. Very accomodating when asked for GF but shouldn't have to as had put it on requirements when booking.

  • Really good conference venue. Good set up

  • I've attended here for a couple of meetings now and I'm always impressed by the service, cleanliness and the spectacular views across the city

  • I worked on this place. Floor 13 with a manager called David, after half a month I went there to check with him about the confirmation that he had to accept for me to get the money thst I worked for. And he said he will do it. He never did. After one month and a half he also declined the confirmation like I never worked there. 10 hours of work lost just like that. What a great manager you are David. You are an example for all the other managers. Let the people work for free, why not.

  • I attended an Effective Teaching Course ran by the Royal College of Physicians. I was absolutely shocked by how amazing this course was. The venue, content, teachers, food...all incredible. This is by far the best course I have been on. The RCP have set an exemplary standard of teaching here. I hope many others fill follow in my foot steps and attend future courses here.
