What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat or similar to sit on if you have one. You will be seated for the entire session so please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.
The meditation and sound bath are usually enjoyed lying down so it is advised to bring a blanket and you may like to bring a cushion for your head.
Please also bring a pen.

There are lots of places to park near to Esher High Street. The closest pay and display public car park is The Civic Centre Car Park, High Street, Esher, KT10 9SD,
Where is the session being held?
The Meditation & Sound Therapy session will be held at the Blue House Art Space, 28 High Street, Esher, KT10 9RT.

Are tickets refundable?
