• What is SoulCollage®?

  SoulCollage® is a gently deep creative collaging process where you make your own collage cards and come to learn the wisdom they have to share with you.

• What should I bring with me?

  Just bring yourself, your phone camera, and a journal and pen.

• Do I need to be experienced ?

  While experienced SoulCollagers are very welcome, beginners are too, and the only experience you need is in being you! Bring your curiosity and creativity, a journal and pen. ill supply the rest

• How old do Ineed to be?

  This course is designed for adults.

• Is this art therapy?

  People often find exploring their intuitive creativity relaxing and therapeutic, however it is not therapy, but rather a facilitated creative process.  If you are experiencing mental distress or have been diagnised with a mental health condition then this would not be a good choice of course for you, as it requires you to be self-supporting. If you are in therapy already and well-advanced in your treatment, then this could be a beneficial complementary process to support your well-being.

• What is your training?

  Im a trauma-informed enneagram coach with a decade of study under my belt. I trained with Takdir Transformation, an IEA acredited training. (International Enneagram Associatation) and with Aephoria.I have over thirty years of working with the applied creative arts for personal growth and development.
