  • Overpriced. low quality course content. The course was a waste of time. Ironically wasted £600 on an accounting course. Assessments questions are repeated a few times. The advert mentioned "unlimited support from qualified tutor" after calling I was informed I wouldn't get a tutor. Don't waste your money, self study, watch a few YouTube videos and get the membership from AAT and complete the exams. The certificate is useless "skills network certificate of participation".

  • Absolutely abysmal customer service... This is my second course with TSN and both times, the level of communication has been shocking. The first time around I was given my LSA's details, only to be told by her that it wasn't her, to which TSN turned around and said that it WAS her. Terrible service . Extremely disappointed!

  • Very bad experience. Course was stretched and time consuming. Repeating same questions 10 time just to make the course longer then repeating them again in the end of unit assessment. Communication is very very weak. I finished my course on July and still waiting my certificated. I have sent 10 emails but no one answers. I was told by my school to take that course and I thought skills network is an accredited organisation but I found nothing on their profile. I am really regretting the time I ...
