  • I went by chance to see Paul for an analysis session with no idea what to expect but hoping for some tips to improve my (amateur) running and possibly prevent me getting little injuries. I felt confident after just 30 minutes that he had the knowledge and skill to help me make some serious changes to make running easier.   • I came to Paul with muscular problems after runs, he put me on the treadmill and was able to identify my issue. I paid for six sessions and he sorted me out. Eight weeks later I’m still pain free. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly.
