  • Found the Pound when I was working in the area for a few weeks and was looking for a place to train. Gaz and his coaching staff were absolutely fantastic and made me feel very welcome. Top notch coaching and a friendly atmosphere! The sparring is well controlled by the coaches and is a great place to train for beginners to advanced athletes. I highly recommend training here if you are near by! Looking forward to coming back 👍

At the time Mental Health was everywhere, learning what I learned, mixing with the great guys and girls they've got there and the extensive knowledge passed down by the coaches helped me greatly. Hoping to be able to start back once Lockdown is over, it will be great to see Gaz and the other people again!

You will not regret joining such a fun, professional, MMA gym, heres to many more years with the pound mma

Gaz and the rest of the coaching team are super knowledgeable, explain things really well and are always so welcoming. The Pound has become a little second home for me and I have made some really close friends there as well as learned some new skills. I love seeing people's faces when I tell them I do MMA, I love the discip...
