Having Kelly 'sorting out' my disappearing eyebrows was one of the best things i have ever had done! She understands the challenges of older skin and can gently and expertly achieve 'polished natural'. My brows do not look 'done' they look like my brows :) 18 months on and i am still a very happy (and much more confident) person
