  • When I first started training with Jemma,my confidence was low and I was over weight. My goal was to get stronger physically and not to lose weight as a primary focus, since being with Jemma I have lost almost 2 stone, I am a lot stronger both physically and mentally and able to use much heavier weights than when I initially started, every time I doubt my ability to do something Jemma encourages me to try and I can do it!

  • My goal was to tone up and get stronger, I never imagined it would help with my back pain. Jemma was sympathetic with my back problem, and always checked I wasn't over doing it. She focused on my areas of weakness on my back and my pain has reduced significantly. All training sessions are logged and reviewed at each session, to ensure you get an all round work out. I would highly recommend Jemma, she is funning caring and also pushes you to achieve your goals.

  • Jemma did me a 5 week plan, which she walked me through so I was familiar with the exercises. I noticed results after the first week or 2, both visually and physically. I can’t recommend her more. 5 weeks into the workout plan, I feel stronger and can see the results that I have been trying to reach on my own for years but didn’t seem able to. Also such a lovely person and I will definitely be going back for more workout plans because I’m really happy with the results I’ve had so far 😊

  • I started training with Jemma as we came out of the first lockdown last year and have loved every session, as well as the park classes! Jemma really understood my goals and tailored every session to get to where I wanted to be. I then fell pregnant and Jemma fully supported me as my body went through many changes and continued to train me at a suitable level. I’m starting up sessions again with her now my baby is 5 months old, and can’t wait to start training with her again! 🍑
