I attended the Paddock Clinic in 2021 following total knee replacement surgery. I had high expectations, I needed the treatment to improve my strength, flexibility and balance, I had had no physio so was in a bit of a mess physically. I recently came for a mummy MOT with Louise, 11 weeks postpartum. She was incredibly lovely, friendly, professional and made me really feel at ease. She explained what she was doing, gained my consent with each different aspect of the appointment and explained the physiology of what has changed and why which I found really helpful.
