By accident I booked the wrong slot. Despite having still places, they refused to change it because the booked slot was apparently within less than 48 hours of happening. Such unreasonable rules don’t make sense and make one wonder if we are becoming a herd of brainless sheep following rules to the letter without applying any common sense.
