  • Excellent way to start training again. I worked with Becks when I was trying to get back into a more consistent exercise routine. Every session was different and I tried lots of different exercises, such as weight training which I discovered I really enjoy. I'm also more aware of different kinds of workouts.   • This is definitely worth the money! I was always reluctant to exercise and do weight training, thinking it was something I could never do or enjoy. Becks is patient and persistent and creates a tailored programme that will feel challenging yet doable. My fitness has improved so much and my attitude towards exercise is completely different. She has been almost like a life coach, helping me feel confident in myself and in my life. I couldn’t recommend the packages more!

  • My training with Becks has got me out of a long period of not doing anything other than cycling the short distance to work and back. Her programme has really got me back on track.   • Becks is a fantastic trainer. I started working with her a few months ago - although I was relatively fit, I had next to no upper body strength.   • I started training with Becks after I felt I’d plateaued - although working out regularly I wasn’t achieving the results that I wanted. Becks has helped to re-motivate me, identifying areas that I can improve and giving me something to work towards.
