I had such a thorough and reassuring appointment with Sally. She really listened and took my concerns seriously, going through everything step by step very clearly. I would recommend this to anyone post-baby who worries there's something not quite right and doesn't know where to turn. Sally was a real expert and I felt very safe in her hands.

My consultation at The Mummy MOT was brilliant. Really feels like I was checked over from head to toe for any postnatal issues. Specifically they looked at general body alignment, breathing, diastasis recti (stomach muscles), pelvic floor and my c section scar. They follow up with a full report, and recommended movement/exercises. The physio I saw was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and really listened to me. Overall, top marks. Cannot recommend enough!

Had an MOT with Maria 8 months after first baby, in Chiswick branch. It was brilliant, so informative and helpful. Also so nice to be given exercises other than just Kegels to help strengthen my new post-natal body. Would highly recommend to all mums.

The Mummy MOT is the best act of self-care you can give yourself after having a baby. It checks posture, tummy gap and pelvic floor function. I had a baby at 38 and The Mummy MOT gave me so much peace of mind that my body was recovering well. I'd definitely recommend to every new mum.
