  • Friendly and welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes! But definitely a place where you can sweat and push yourself to the limit as well. I forgot my silver chain near the mat yesterday. I came back today and found it right where I left it. That says a lot.

  • I have only been training here a couple of months but I absolutely love it and the atmosphere in the gym is great and very inclusive. I was made to feel comfortable straight away and going is the highlight of every week now. Would highly recommend.

Breeding ground for excellence stems from head coach Jason Tan. Wealth of knowledge and experience in MMA and BJJ. If you're in the area. Get there.

  • Great atmosphere and set-up. I’ve been training here for over a year and really enjoy it. I get trained by David Gilles and I can’t recommend him enough: loads of patience, knowledge and overall top guy. I’ve introduced a friend recently who thinks the same and joined. Simply put - the time invested here has had a huge benefit to my life. I leave the gym (everytime) feeling amazing! - what more can you ask for.

  • Trained here for 10 years and after training in a few other places before here can definitely say it was the best place I've trained. No egos. Caters for everyone including women only classes kids classes etc. Caters for all levels so those who have never done a combat sport of any type won't be thrown in with the pros or more experienced members.
