  • I absolutely love the Mighty 100. I love the flexibility with the option to do classes online or in the gym which is perfect as a working mum. I have joined so many gyms in the past and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere when you walk in is amazing. Everyone is so friendly.   • By far the best gym I've ever joined. It feels like a big community with all members and trainers being very friendly and always have your back with words of encouragement and praise unlike every other gym in the world that's just random people not even looking at you let alone talking! So much easier to work out and reach goals when every single person you meet there is behind you every rep of the way. I would fully recommend every day of the week. Thanks so much Mighty!

  • The 6 week transformation experience has been fantastic. Highly motivating, clear goals and great support. The gym is so friendly and the trainers can’t do enough for you. The team spirit was also excellent. I was very low after giving up exercise for 12 months (having been very fit) but in this 6 weeks I got back to good habits, saw noticeable results in my shape and most importantly have a love of exercise again!   • So yesterday I completed my 100 day journey at The Mighty One Hundred!!! 🎉 The difference this has made to my life is amazing! I have more energy, I am drinking more water and eating healthier. I did have 3 weeks out in total due to illness and holiday but I can honestly say I’m so happy! I lost 2.6 kg In total, lost 6% body fat and gained 2.4 % of muscle weight.
