The Manor House

OMG!! The Manor House is simply quite stunning, the history of this place is second to none as is the food and service. We recently attended a function there and quite simply the service was superb. The food is Michelin star quality and just out of this world. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive and we couldn't have asked for better.

It is a gorgeous hotel that I keep coming back for taking pictures. It gives you different feelings in different seasons and weather conditions. The staff are very helpful and we have a lovely lunch in the lounge. The food is very good.

Stayed here for the 4th time, and its still absolutely wonderful. Visited during the snow and the hotel and grounds looked magical. Staff were efficency and friendliness encapsulated, and the rooms and feel of the hotel are something else. Always a pleasure and it won't be 20+ years till the next stay. Dining and the bar were lovely as well. Returned home to reality relaxed and well fed thank you 😊

Nice hotel and grounds but slow service, terrible food and a HUGE price tag. Food was not good... I was genuinely surprised that the chef's let a couple of meals leave the kitchen, I had a far better meal at pub nearby (The White Hart) which was not part of the hotel. Hotel rooms were quite nice.

Didn't stay in the rooms, but now I wish I had. Went for the afternoon tea, it was fabulous. Great service, delicate flavours, stunning tea accompaniments, one of the best afternoon teas I've had. Some of the most beautiful gardening, landscaping, and countryside I've seen in Britain. And it sits next to an adorable town. Highly recommend this place as a destination
