The making rooms have an excellent ethos of sharing knowledge in order for you, as an individual, to develop skills before moving on to commercial work. In other words, it's free to learn! How cool is that... very!

If you like making things, experimenting with new technology or just want to learn about digital fabrication, then this is the place for you. This place has a great selection of equipment that the very friendly staff will happily show you how to use. You can grab a coffee in their cafe Monday to Saturday, and public access to the FabLab is Friday and Saturday.

WOW, just wow, this place is amazing! Access to amazing tools and machinery, fantastic learning opportunities and fantastically helpful staff. I have wanted to learn how to use a CNC mill, 3d printing and lazier cutting for a long time, with this place in town I can learn and use and get some projects I have been thinking out off the ground. I am super happy this place exists.
