The MAD house hosted my daughters party and they were fantastic. The food was delicious, the kids all loved it. Unlimited squash and Simon was great with the kids. Would highly recommend!

Every time I bring my kids here to play the staff are incredibly friendly. You feel so welcomed and taken care of. They amenities are clean and accessible. Although it’s not the largest soft play we have been to the kids ages 8,6,4 end up having a great time. Their cafe is reasonably priced and the chips are great. This place is our go to when getting some energy out on a rainy day.

Had kids party for 23/24 last weekend. All staff very helpful from booking to service on the day. Parties approx 2 hours long - started with playtime with ad lib squash/water (just ask for more). Children called into nicely decorated "dining room" cold buffet with plenty of choice for small children. Birthday cake etc at the end of lunch then this was taken away to be cut up for party bags. We had our Daughter's 6th Birthday party here and opted for the Gold package and decided to also include the bouncy castle. The staff were very helpful and always on hand with any queries we had and gave us reassurance regarding all the preparations. The day itself went very smoothly and all had a fantastic time. Hats off to the staff for making our daughters birthday a great day! We highly recommend The Madhouse :-)

We had our sons party here and he had the best time! Staff were friendly, helpful and in full control. They explained everything to us, got everything ready and got the kids all organised! They cooked a great hot party food menu, which the kids loved and they prepared all the party bags ready to give out.
