Brilliant yoga classes for beginners up to the experienced Yogi! Yasmin and David are inspiring instructors who offer a wide range of Yoga to great soundtracks. I have been attending their classes for many years and love every class. I love being part of their Yoga Family. Highly recommend 🧘🏻‍♀️

I love all aspects of the lotus pad. The online content enables to practice my yoga at anytime and anywhere with the two instructors I know well. In fact I’ve even done session whilst on holiday in Cyprus. The committee classes are equally important with each session being totally unique.
