LSTM offers an introductory day to massage. Aimed at complete beginners this day is intended to give delegates the opportunity to learn some basic massage techniques and understand the theory of massage Introductory workshops with LSTM aim to provide an inclusive and open environment where anyone can learn about Massage. The days begin with some theory followed by a practical demonstration. Attendees will then be able to practice in pairs and learn some techniques. The day closes with open discussion and questions and answers. Attendees who decide to go on to study either the Swedish or Thai Massage with LSTM will receive their introductory day fee back as a reduction on the full course fee
