The Little Gym Westfield

I phoned yesterday because I was interested in gymnastics classes and easter holidays clubs for my two children. My English is not perfect but that doesn't give permission to your staff to raise her voice at me and get irrtated with me saying WHAT IS IT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! And then when I told her I don't like her tone of voice and not to raise her voice at me, she tells me that's the way I talk. Very bad customer service. Me & my son had lots of fun at little gym Westfield, the lessons were great and helped my son learn lots of new skills! All the staff were lovely and helpful but Jamilla in particular was excellent, always a massive smile, made the lessons fun and also made you feel comfortable! Thanks again :)

It's a fantastic, well-structured environment for the kids to learn very important gymnastic skills such as balance, coordination, strenghtening.. Our twins love going there, on weekly basis there is a different theme which will conduct the entire lesson. It's a lot of fun for the kids who are never bored. Our 4 years old twins are fond of teachers Mathilde and Mary. Very good experience also for parents to deal with administrative staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic teachers and really great friendly atmosphere. My kid has truly transformed through gymnastics and is in love with her teacher. Sometimes I wish the ratio was lower so teacher had a chance to focus on individual kids more so the learn more not just play. Overall very lovely. Highly recommend

My 6 year old daughter has been attending for a few months now and absolutely LOVES the classes - just the right mix of fun and technical skills. The staff are great, the classes are well-organised and well-structured, with a nice mix of boys and girls and a mix of male and female instructors in each class.
