The Little Gym Chiswick

Appalling customer service! We tried to book our child’s birthday party with the little gym Chiswick but they were so unresponsive that despite trying to confirm the date for 3 days (multiple emails, chase emails and calls) they said they had already given the slot to someone else. They were quite unapologetic and offered nothing to try and rectify the situation. After this terrible service and lack of communication for days at a time I would NOT trust them with booking / organising / running...

I have been taking my children here for a number of years. They really encourage toddlers to learn skills in the gym that can be used in life. I've seen my daughters confidence really grow in the gym as well as outside in the parks. The parents can seat outside the gym and watch the activities through large windows. Baby Gym offers excellent and outstanding activities in a safe,nurturing environment with trained, wonderful and enthusiastic supportive staff. As a grandmother, I find this an amazing safe provision, where little ones are encouraged to develop motor skills with confidence in happy, challenging ways with a varied programme of fun activities. My son and I absolutely love little gym. The teachers are great! It's a fantastic welcoming environment, and my son has ample space to run around. The teachers are great, not only are they experts at what they do, it's really clear they love working with children.
