Being a Mentor using the SSSC National Induction resource

Do you want to retain your  new staff member, give them a great start and ensure they belong in your team. Then assign a mentor.

Have you assigned a mentor for a new employees induction? Have you ensured they know the role of the mentor? Have you ensured the mentor has the skills they need?  Are you a mentor and don't know where to start?  Then this course could be for you.

During this training you will learn skills how to:

• Be a successful Mentor
• Build a Professional relationship with your Mentee
• Use the questions in the SSSC National Induction resource safely.
• Conduct Mentor Meetings.
• Successfully monitor and evaluate the mentees progress

 This training is delivered virtually over 3 sessions and each session is 1hr.

We deliver this session on a one to one virtual platform or face to face. We can deliver to small groups but please contact us separately for costings.
