WHAT IS IT The Leader Ship is a challenging leadership development programme centred around sailing activities at sea. We’ve sailed with the boards of global institutions, survivors of deep-cutting restructures, and high performing future leaders as well as luxury boutique brands facing exponential growth. Our tailored programmes are designed to bring out the different leadership talents of each participant, to help them define team goals, plus individual roles which allow each to excel. These co-created learning experiences attract mature-minded and motivated people from a wide range of industries. We’re not seeking to develop equal and same leaders; we’re seeking to agree how each will bring their very best to the combined future and to give them the tools to thrive.
