This is by far the best mandatory course that I've been put on by the Job Centre, David is a great mentor and tutor. Getting the qualifications was in my opinion extremely beneficial when it comes to work, whether I go into Retail or not the qualifications and transferable skills and the friends I've made here and the support after the course are invaluable. I have been on other programmes with other companies and their members in the past for the same reason, however this one stood out for me and was very impressive in the level of expertise and knowledge shared.
