I have hired the hall for a number of functions over the years and have always found the staff to be charming and extremely helpful. I have heard nothing but good things from other people who have also hired the hall and and I have experienced great value and service from the Larches team, plus it is all for a good cause. I am not sure of the circumstances of the group that wrote the other review and why there was an issue. I find it very surprising!
