Unfortunately I have walked away with permanent damage to my knee. The healing program started of well but it was a poor judgement twist of my knee on a broken meniscus wasn't a good idea and has left me in a very difficult place. I'm not optimistic if I'll ever walk properly again. I didn't think I'd be writing this review when I first walked into this place.

I can not explain how good thrse treatments are but if you have a problem definitley try out Master Lam. Resukts are great.

For Zhan Zhuang training, were better to go than here

Master Lam Kam Chuen and his zoon are teaching various chinese (internal) arts and giving treatments. I can not recommend them enough, highly recommended. It is hard to find authentic and deep knowledge and skills, here it is! The zhan zhuang training and treatments have been of vital importance for my health, and well being, and are very practical in daily life. It is a fascinating and joyful journey to discover how energy works.
