  • I love Nick’s high energy RPM classes, they have really improved my fitness and are great fun. I also do PT sessions with my partner and despite us having different requirements from the session Nick manages to tailor it and get the most out of both of us. In recent weeks he has also adapted our sessions to safely guide me through pregnancy which has been really reassuring and helped me to stay fit and healthy. Can highly recommend.

  • This year I started attending RPM classes and PT with Nick at The Lakeside Fitness Studio... the RPM classes are small which means I feel you get more personal attention, which give you a huge drive and Nick is great at encouraging you to push just a little bit harder each time. My PT sessions has been hugely beneficial, focusing on the areas that will help improve my horse riding.   • Have been attending RPM now for 6 weeks, 2-3 times per week and one PT session per week - have lost just over half a stone thanks to Nick's encouragement and knowledge. I am really enjoying attending both the PT and RPM sessions. Would recommend 100%.

  • Nick is a great trainer. Dedicated, client focussed and friendly. He has a really great attitude, supportive and informative to those who don’t find that keeping fit comes naturally, but also with the skills to help even the most driven enthusiast. His gym is great, well equipped and private, and his new space for classes is fantastic. Strongly recommended.
