I've attended the on-line course as well as the 2 day course. It's worth every penny. I work in the field of conflict resolution so my expectation weren't high but the course was excellent and very insightful about group interactions. The concepts presented can be applied in multiple areas and I hope eventually the diving community will embrace fully embrace it. Thanks Gareth for giving us new tools that if applied can allow our team to function at a far higher level.
