  • My son has been attending since Aug 2014 and it's been truly amazing to see him progress through Lil Dragons and on into KidZone. Watching him trot off each week in his uniform meant my daughter couldn't wait to attend as well! Lil Dragons starts the children off with a mix of games and exercise in a friendly, professional and disciplined environment. This helps them to learn to listen to the instructors (who are fantastic!) while they also enjoy themselves. When they graduate to KidZone ...

  • There is very good Aikido club at Holistic Fitness with a great teacher who welcomes beginners as well as advanced students at all ages. It is a very diverse group of really interesting and genuinely nice people. There is great support and encouragement from everyone to advance your skills and do gradings. You can do trial classes before signing up as a member.

The dojo is a great space, the instructors are top notch and classmates are welcoming and patient. Definitely give it a try - all ages and all levels!

It's a great environment and you feel part of the group. It's nice to be able to meet people and make new friends. Highly ...
