  • Dan at the Health Fitness Programme has totally turned my fitness around. I booked 8 weeks worth of sessions, and when only a couple of weeks in he told me I could knock at least 7 minutes off my 5km time, I just laughed. Well, I actually ended up knocking 9 minutes off.
