  • I joined the Misfit Meno 6 week course in September last year. I’d been feeling quite old and frumpy for a while with peri menopause symptoms and lots of changes going on.   • Trish is an amazing instructor. She makes every class fun. I love Pilates on Tuesday morning. You can do everything at your own level without feeling bad if you can’t quite reach the higher level. We have lots of laughs before,during & after the class. Seated dance on Tuesday afternoon is also fun. A light hearted class, great for any age or ability with a social aspect for any age group. Trish thank you for all that you do for us x

  • About 5 years ago I saw a clubbercise class was taking place in Stafford and I wanted to try this but had no one to go with but decided to attend on my own I was apprehensive but after an hour in Trish’s company I left beaming and couldn’t wait until the following week Trish chatted to everyone and regardless of age, fitness ability everyone could do this class there were low impact options and no one was judging anyone it’s the best friendliest class I could have hoped for.   • I started with the Happy Vibe Fitness in January. I've been to a few classes previously, but decided to sign up for the Kickstart programme! I love the variety of face to face and online classes, and I still do a combination of both now! I also find the catch up classes brilliant for when I can't make a class; I even do them on holiday!   • I joined the group last year. I have never exercised regularly before this....I now do 3-4 classes a week. The choice of online catch up classes is amazing, there are classes to suit everyone- regardless of their fitness level. Ive tried classes i would have never tried before. I feel so much better both physically and mentally too- we all support and encourage each other.
