Very tidy, well looked after gym with great range of equipment. Top class trainers, very knowledgeable in delivering well rounded workouts.... and a real variety of classes on offer.

Excellent fitness classes as part of flexible and great value gym packages.

The facility is clean and the manager is friendly. And with professional coaches, easy booking and reasonable price!
