Rude staff. I purchased a £9 cable and adapter that was clearly faulty. The attendant showed no respect for my time, was curt and discourteous and my experience was generally unpleasant. I actually had to leave the shop to collect myself - all over a £9 refund for faulty equipment that they sold to me. I'll definitely avoid this shop in the future.

Visited the synth department tody and asked about true analogue synths. I was interested in the Nymphes. When your assistant could be bothered to look up from his computer he suggested the Roland JX-08, a modelling synth. When I asked him if this was true analogue he assured me it was. Either you do not train your staff properly or he just thought he could sell me anything. Mate, I was using analogue synths before you were born. If you think you can get rid of me By lying to me, we'll done.
