  • Large, friendly tennis club with 9 hard courts (plexi/tarmacadam) in the middle of St Leonards. Have been a member for over 10 years. Plenty of coaching, teams and social tennis.

  • Everyone here is very friendly. The whole area is well maintained and the instructors/coaches are lovely. There is parking available - just a heads up the entrance is a little narrow - for me it's fine as I have a small car. There are nine courts so there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you are looking to take up tennis or if you are looking for a new place to play then try here.

  • We used to attend Saturday kids lessons here and it was lovely. Tucked away where you wouldn't know there was a tennis club behind a row of houses, there are several courts and a nice club house with a kitchen and toilets. I don't really know anything about tennis but everything seemed clean and in good repair.

  • I have been a member of the club since the mid 1990s. I started as a beginner and have worked my way up to the ladies 1st team with the help of some great coaches...and lots of practise. The club has 9 courts in total 5 floodlit. It is one of just a few clubs in Sussex with acrylic courts which suit all styles of play, and are comfortable to play on, being cushioned :)

  • I recently joined The Green and have been very impressed. It is a friendly club where everyone is made welcome. There are two excellent coaches and lots of other members who have encouraged me to play and helped me to improve. I hadn't played much before I joined but there is a good range of tennis from beginners to county players so there were always people to play with.
