• How long will this Party last?

  I would schedule in an hour and a half, depending on the group numbers and participants, we might finish earlier or later. It would be good to create space and be flexible so we don't have to rush through the process.

• How can I prepare for this session?

  • Make sure you are able to either write on the worksheet by printing it off or have a means to do it electronically. Alternatively you can read the questions on your screen and write in a journal. 
  • Create a lovely environment to spend time in, have your favourite drink, wrap yourself in cosy throw and reduce distractions from things and people.
  • Come ready to be authentic, you can share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Other than saying hi, who you are and what your business is, you won't be asked to say anything out loud if you'd rather not. Interaction is encouraged but not essential. If you feel like you'd rather have a one to one session, please ask.
