The Flight Lab

Beware the cancellation policy. I generally enjoyed my time at The Flight Lab. I went for Hoop/Flex and the instructor and assistants were great. I’ve recently sustained and injury that will not allow my to attend Hoop for medical reasons. It’s before the month so I didn’t think twice about payment as long as I cancelled my repayment before the next month started. Having done pole fitness for several years now I will say that this is one of the best studios that I have been to! Great environment, everyone encourages each other and the instructors are really good at working with you on moves!

Bad experience as I lost £70. I paid the dance class online. I was very excited about it. But i had work commitments that were added 2 weeks before the start of the classes. I was told i could not rebook. So i lost my money and had no lesson. I think that's very poor customer service and i don't recommend this place

The Flight Lab is the best aerial studio in the area. Clare the business owner is an expert in what she does and her knowledge in aerial fitness incredible. I was nervous to try but felt at ease and immediately welcomed. Would highly recommend... in fact I do recommend to friends every single week!

I started coming to the Flight Lab only 4 months ago. If I could give the Flight Lab 100 stars I would!! Clare, Hannah, and Stephanie are FANTASTIC teachers! I adore every class I've taken and I can't imagine not coming! I've become stronger, I can now fit into jeans that haven't fit me in over a year!!
