Moved to Nuneaton couple months ago.. just walked in today to ask a question or 2.. staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. told me to feel free to walk around and have a look.. traded a few boxing stories with the staff.. extremely helpful, very clean.. absolutely cannot wait to go back.

Good excellent gym, been going for 15 years and just keeps getting better, good friendly staff, always happy to give advice on training and a very good range of all equipment from cardio to big weights .

Love love love this gym, doesn't matter age, gender they cater for everyone. I always feel so supported and that I have achieved so much after each visit. Would recommend joining this gym to anyone. Professional, friendly and comfortable. 💪💪

Best gym by far. Regardless of your goals, this place will support you to reach them. Everyone is welcome. Friendly atmosphere, well equipped and clean. Very reasonably priced

I've been a member of this gym around my busy and professional work commitments for 28yrs. It's a great gym that offers everything you need from weights to CV equipment. There's boxing bags and a workout area for stretching, skipping and various ground work exercises. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
