  • This place is nice, but it just didn't feel welcoming or friendly at all. The staff just seem to glare at you as if wondering why you are there. Their social media presence appears very different to what its like in real life. It is supposed to be dog friendly but there was lots of keep of the grass signs and I really didn't know where I was and wasn't allowed to go. The cakes looked nice but no clue what they were so didn't buy any. Maybe I caught the staff on a bad day, I may visit again, ...

  • Loved our visit at The Farm for breakfast. Love the concept of the store but most specially, how delicious their food was. I ordered vegetarian English breakfast and while I'm not really a vegetarian, I'm now a huge fan of their vegetarian sausage. Apart from the great food, service was very friendly too. Definitely going back.

  • What a great find! We use Alistair Sawday's book The Extra Mile to find great off-the-motorway places to break our journey. The Farm is truly exceptional. Apart from a fantastic farm shop, we bought some pies, the restaurant is excellent. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten, and our son lives in Italy, so we know a thing or two about pizzas, but not as much as The Farm do! A this with a friendly helpful team to look after you. We will always come back when next on the M40.

Also some sections had bark missing off the floor, and the sheet underneath was ripped which the children easily caught their feet on. (I'm sure this is something they will sort out but just a little warning). It was ...

  • My first visit a few weeks ago and I went specifically for the sunflower field which was fab! Had a wonder round and the farm was lovely and the shop was great too. Went back today with a friend and took our kids to see the animals and had a little play on the play area (great for older kids, not so much younger one). Then we finished our visit with a hot drink and piece if cake in the cafe which was lovely. Definitely recommend for a morning or afternoon out!
