Gav and Jeanette have helped us out so much with our dogs over the past couple of years. They both have so much knowledge but also genuinely care about dogs and their owners having a truly successful relationship. On top of this the sessions are always a good laugh

The Family Dog Club runs our in-house learning labs on a variety of training and behaviour topics. This gives our Customer Advisors a very general overview of each subject and how it relates to what we do in the store with customers and their dogs. Jeanette presents each topic with skill, experience and personal opinion backed up by a very broad brush look at the latest research, in a down to earth and friendly way. We are very lucky to have this opportunity to enhance our basic knowledge.

First ever time writing a review, Jeanette is one of the best dog behaviourists I'd ever hope to meet, she listens, she's respectful, she pays attention not just to my dogs [Shadow and Loki] but also to myself, which I feel is important as she's very easy to approach, I would give you 10 stars if I could, thank you so much for everything you've done and everything we're going to continue to do! Absolutely fabulous force free trainers, very understanding and patient with myself and my reactive dog. Highly recommended. Wonderful staff at daycare. Each dog catered for their individual needs.
