A fabulous private gym with incredibly knowledgeable trainers and a really friendly and supportive atmosphere. Described proudly by its members as a welcoming gym family, and they are not wrong. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended

The factory is my 2nd home. I absolutely love coming here and I never thought I would say that about a gym! Everyone is so friendly, both Louise & Sam are fab and really know their stuff. The friendliest least judgmental gym I have ever been to :)

I was recommended this gym by a friend, after moaning that both my weight and eating habits had spiraled out of control. I have never been able to use any gyms down to how self concious I was. This place is something else. The groups are small and Louise is so supportive. Not once have I felt uncomfortable and I am seeing improvements with each workout. Been at The Factory over a year and its is the best place i have trained at. They listen to what your goals are and work with you to achieve this. Both Louise and Sam make everyone feel welcome, no one is judged on their size or fittness levels. We have become a family helping each other on our journey.
